We process names, email addresses, optional phone numbers, account role, language preference, and login activity so users can access and manage their Fahrnex account.

Vehicle and service data

Users may store vehicle details, reminders, expenses, documents, service logs, billing preferences, and support history inside the app.

Authentication data

Fahrnex uses secure session cookies for authenticated access and keeps browser-side auth state limited to a non-sensitive session hint for smoother navigation.

Preference storage

Fahrnex stores language choice, admin acting-user context, and optional remembered email in local storage to make the interface easier to use.

Purpose and legal basis

Fahrnex processes data to create accounts, provide vehicle maintenance workflows, send verification and password reset emails, deliver reminders, manage support requests, process billing features, and protect the service from misuse.

Cookies and browser storage

The app uses essential cookies for authenticated sessions plus limited browser storage for language settings, saved email preference, cookie notice consent, and admin acting-user context. These values can be cleared through browser settings.

The current app implementation does not include advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party marketing analytics. If these tools are added later, this policy and the cookie banner should be updated before launch.

Data sharing and processors

Fahrnex may use service providers for hosting, email delivery, payment workflows, calendar integrations, telemetry integrations, and customer support. These providers should process data only as needed to deliver the service.

Retention and deletion

Account and vehicle records are kept while the account is active or as legally required. Users can request deletion, correction, or export by contacting the privacy team.
