We are looking for an experienced SEO Growth Specialist based in Bangladesh to improve Fahrnex's organic search visibility in Germany and drive measurable business growth.

The Role

This is a performance-focused freelance opportunity with complete flexibility over your working schedule.

We don't measure how many hours you work. We measure the quality of your work, completed milestones, and progress toward agreed SEO objectives.

You will take ownership of Fahrnex's SEO strategy, from technical optimization and German keyword research to content strategy, backlink acquisition, and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive technical and on-page SEO audits.
• Identify and resolve indexing, crawling, metadata, and website structure issues.
• Develop a keyword strategy targeting the German fleet management software market.
• Improve rankings for relevant commercial search terms.
• Optimize existing pages and recommend new SEO landing pages.
• Develop SEO content briefs and optimize German-language content.
• Build relevant, high-quality backlinks through ethical outreach and digital PR.
• Analyze competitors and identify organic growth opportunities.
• Monitor Google Search Console and analytics performance.
• Improve qualified organic traffic and software registrations.

Performance Targets

Our initial objectives include:

First 30 Days

• Complete a technical SEO audit and prioritize improvements.
• Deliver a German keyword strategy and competitor analysis.
• Optimize 3–5 priority website pages.
• Establish baseline performance metrics.
• Present a practical 90-day SEO growth roadmap.

Within 90 Days

• Implement agreed high-priority technical SEO improvements.
• Optimize 10–15 relevant pages.
• Establish a sustainable content and backlink acquisition process.
• Increase relevant organic search visibility.
• Demonstrate measurable progress through reporting.

Long-Term Objectives

• Increase qualified organic traffic from Germany.
• Improve rankings for commercially relevant keywords.
• Grow the number of high-quality referring domains.
• Increase organic user registrations and software subscriptions.

Performance will be assessed through completed milestones, quality of execution, and measurable progress. Search rankings and traffic growth are objectives, not guaranteed outcomes.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of practical SEO experience preferred.
• Proven technical, on-page, and off-page SEO skills.
• Previous experience with SaaS or international websites.
• Strong understanding of Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, or Semrush.
• Experience in ethical link acquisition and digital PR.
• Ability to research German-language keywords and search intent.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver agreed milestones.
• Experience with the German or European market is a strong advantage.
